WalkboutShop Delivery Policy

The following outlines in general terms, WalkboutShop’s delivery policy. Nothing in this policy is intended to deprive a purchaser of any applicable statutory rights and is strictly subject to applicable Jamaican laws including but not limited to Jamaica’s Sale of Goods legislation.



  • All orders processed @ WalkboutShop will be packaged and shipped, using one of our delivery partners, who will endeavour to apply the fastest, most reliable and secure delivery service.
  • WalkboutShop will not deliver to P.O. Boxes, so in order to guarantee timely delivery, you must submit a complete mailing addresses, Mobile number and a daytime phone number.
  • Where possible you are encouraged to indicate a best delivery date and time. WalkboutShop cannot however guarantee that this date and time will be met, we will however where possible use them as our first option. Your orders may be shipped to your home, office or other location of your choice as long it is within Jamaica.
  • All orders will be processed and boxed for shipment Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. This is however subject to change as circumstances arise.
  • When your order is shipped, a “Your Oder’s On Its Way To You” delivery alert email and or sms text will be sent to you within 12 hours by means of the mobile phone number and or email address provided by you on registration.

Return Policy

  • If for some reason an order is damaged during shipment, we will provide you with a full refund, without charge, on return of the items within 48 hours. 
  • The method of refund will vary based on the initial method of payment used to make your purchase. 

International Shipping

WalkboutShop will be expanding in the coming months, however at this time our service is only available within Jamaica.


Cancellation of Orders

  • Orders processed @ WalkboutShop may be cancelled after payment is made but before the items are shipped. 
  • If you wish to cancel an order, send us an email to info@walkbout.com prior to your order shipping, stating the reason for requesting cancellation. 
  • Once the item has been shipped it is ineligible for cancellation and the return and refund policy is applicabWhen an item is cancelled after payment has been made BUT before it has been shipped, we will refund the full price of the item.  Be sure to check all your orders carefully before making payment.  The method of refund will vary based on the method of payment used for the purchase.
  • If your refund is not seen within FIVE (5) business days, please drop us a note to info@walkbout.com.  A customer service team member will respond to you within TWO (2) business days. We will process all refunds promptly but it may be a few days before refund is seen in your account.
  • WalkboutShop will not process cash refunds for returned goods.
  • As an option a credit note will be issued that may only be used for future purchases @ WalkboutShop.

WalkboutShop Shipping Rates (Effective September 1st 2018)

  • WalkboutShop delivers to all 14 parishes in Jamaica.
  • WalkboutShop will offer Free Shipping for All Orders of US$50 or more     
  • For All Orders Less Than US$50 for All Parishes a minimum fee of US$9.00 will be charged
  • Fees are subject to change without notice
